Ben Bridge is a family-run jeweler that grew from a small Seattle shop to a regional empire over the past 100 years. We worked with them to create everything from television campaigns, direct mail, web videos, radio ads, interactive campaigns, and social media contests.
Our primary strategy was to keep Ben Bridge focused on the younger engagement customer. Our research informed us that once they made that first big engagement ring purchase, there was a high probability they would become lifelong customers.
